We offer a range of training methods, from e-learning on our learning management system, myLearning Centre, to face-to-face workshops, both in house and external.

Your training and development…

  • To be a successful member of the Wethercentre team, you will appreciate the importance of a thorough induction. This includes a face-to-face induction session on your first day in the business and a variety of other training, ranging from e-learning, to teach you key skills, to exciting shifts in our pubs, to ensure that you get to know our business.
  •  If you are joining the team as a member of management, we ensure that you are offered a variety of courses to help you to hit the ground running. These range from courses on running a great appraisal to how to lead and motivate your team and some key employment law information.
  • If you are currently studying a professional qualification to support your role or are thinking about getting started, employees are frequently supported through these qualifications, so please feel free to discuss this with whoever is completing your interview.
  • Systems training and coaching are available to help employees to make the most of the systems used across the Wethercentre. Training is delivered using a variety of methods, ranging from e-learning to face-to-face coaching sessions with our systems experts.
